Rental Conditions
Rental Period
For daily renting, minimum renting is 24 hours.
Driving Licence and Leasing Age
The persons who will use the vehiles should have completed age of 21 for economical and medium class vehicles and should have driving licence at least 2 years old, should have completed age 28 for prestige class vehicles age and should have driving licenses at least 5 years old. Renter is obliged to show the driving licenses of those who will use the vehicle and possible driver changes to Asikoglu Rent a Car.
Payment
For daily renting payments are collected in cash or by credit card after start of renting a valid credit or Euro 500 in cash is collected as deposit.
Insurance Information Liabilites :
In case of damage and theft, in order to make the insurance to be valid, items to be observed are as follows.
- In case of accident, accident and alcohol repors sholud have been prepared by the Police and Rular Police before moving the vehicle from its place
- Vehicle shouldn't be used under the effect of alcohol and narcotic agent and there should be on serious negligence, intention and fault
- In case stealing rental car, key of the vehicle should be delivered to Asikoglu Rent a Car
- All these reports should be delivered to Asikoglu Rent a Car within 3 days latest
Taffic Fines :
Renter is responsiple for any type of traffic tickets(fines) and legal interests during the term of agreement.
One Way Rental
If it is stated at the begining of rental, for all the leasing up to 15 days in every region of Turkey, Euro 90+VAT is collected.
Other Service
Navigation
In case of requring during reservation, it is provided in Exchange of Euro 8 per day.
Baby Seat
It is provided in Exchange of Euro 3.
Driver Service
If desired, additional Euro 40, and additional Euro 60 for the drivers who speak foreing language collected betweenn 08:30-18:30 Hours. In case of exceeding normal working hours, additional Euro 10 is required per each hour. For out of town driver services, accommodation fee belongs to the customer.
Additional Driver
Using the car rented from AssistCar Rental by the persons oter than the renter is possible in Exchange of Euro 3 per day provided that valid driving licence and identification documents should be shown.
Acrosss The Border
Going out of Turkey by the Asikoglu Rent a Car vehicles withouth authorization documents is forbidden.
Delivery
For the vehicles subject to adres delivery Euro 20 is collected for Istanbul Europen side and Euro 30 is collected for Anatolian side.
VAT
Vat shall be added to the prices.
